About
Kago K.Y. Boiki is an Associate in the Commercial Department at Armstrongs, where he serves as the member of the Commercial Department and lead Conveyancer for the firm. With over seven years of experience in private practice, Mr Boiki is a qualified and experienced Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary Public.
Mr Boiki earned his LL.B degree from the University of Botswana and holds an LL.M (Master of Laws) in International Trade and Investment Law from the University of Pretoria, where he concentrated on Special Economic Zones, Foreign Direct Investment, Labor Relations Law, and Business and Human Rights. Additionally, he holds a Postgraduate Qualification in Risk Management and Certificates of Proficiency in Insurance.
His current focus lies in corporate and commercial law, particularly in areas such as international finance, financing agreements investment agreements, drafting complex commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property rights litigation, arbitration related to corporate disputes, land law, property law and conveyancing.
Mr. Boiki’s diverse skill set not only makes him a valuable asset but also allows him to adapt to a wide range of client needs.
