Ada regularly advises local and international companies on banking law, financial services laws pertaining to non-bank financial institutions, regulatory law, data protection and privacy law, mining and energy law, gambling law, medical devices compliance law, tax law, labour law, communications and ICT law, anti-money laundering laws, and the provisions of the Companies Act. He also assists in the establishment of nonprofit organizations and international businesses as local entities in Botswana.

• Playing an instrumental role in supporting NBFIRA in respect of legal enforcement in terms of its financial services laws against non-compliant non-bank financial institutions at the High Court and Court of Appeal.
• Played an integral role in supporting Debswana Diamond Company in facilitating the registration process of medical devices with the Botswana Medical Regulatory Authority and offering comprehensive legal guidance on matters pertaining to Covid-19 vaccines as well as providing Moderna Inc on the relevant laws in relation to the introduction of the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine in Botswana.
• Conducting due diligences and providing legal advice  for the establishment of Cotton On Botswana (Proprietary) Limited and Deutsche Bank AG in relation to  E-trading risks in Botswana;
• Playing an instrumental role in supporting the Gambling Authority in legal disputes pertaining to the regulation of casinos and the impending national lottery by providing expert assistance in drafting court documents
• Advising Brown Brothers Harriman on the laws of Botswana in relation to forex trading in Botswana;
