Advised Belararox Limited in the potential acquisition of Blackrock Resources Proprietary Limited And Ni Mg Northern Nickel Proprietary Limited which own 15 prospecting licenses in Botswana.

Advised a local retail business in connection with equity partnership for the setting up of an SPV for the development of solar plants to support retail stores in Botswana.

Advised Lotus Resources Limited in the transaction for the acquisition of A – Cap Resources Limited which owns a mining license for Uranium and prospecting licenses in Botswana.

Advised Cobre Limited in the transaction for the acquisition of Kalahari Metal Limited, Kitlanya (Proprietary) Limited and Triprop Holdings (Proprietary) Limited which owns prospecting licenses in Botswana.

Advised Trinity International LLP in collaboration with African Legal Support Facility to provide advisory services and capacity building to the Republic of Botswana (BPC) in connection with the procurement and development of 200MW of concentrated solar power (“CSP”) and 300MW of coal-fired thermal power station.
