Tapiwa is an Associate at Armstrongs’ Litigation Department. In 2021, she was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of Botswana, and joined the Law Society of Botswana as a member.

Tapiwa has independently managed and handled a diverse range of general litigation matters before all Courts of Botswana. Her experience spans across employment disputes, inheritance issues, constitutional challenges, judicial reviews, medical malpractice cases and procurement disputes. As a litigation attorney, Tapiwa has also gained extensive experience and exposure in delivering oral submissions, trial advocacy and legal drafting.

As an Associate at Armstrongs, Tapiwa works under partners Moemedi Tafa and John Carr-Hartley. Her key practice areas encompass providing expert legal advice through opinions; formulating, reviewing, and drafting employment and data privacy policies, as well as handling general civil litigation and corporate commercial litigation. She specialises in employment and labour law, administrative law, financial debt recovery, personal injury and medical malpractice claims, and banking law.
